Welcome to EliteRefs. This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (T&C) that govern your access to and use of the services provided by Algo Dynamics Srl (“we”, “our”, “us”), with its registered office located at Via Monte Cervialto 197, Rome 00139, Italy, and VAT number 17440151003.

By accessing and using our service, you explicitly accept these T&C, which constitute a legally binding contract between you and our company.

By accessing and using our service, you explicitly accept these T&C. Users are provided by their respective federations, and registration is performed by us. Upon your first login, you will receive an email containing a link to log in. You are required to change your password upon first login to ensure the security of your account.

• Service: The online platform offered by EliteRefs, which includes tools for managing referees, monitoring athletic performance, analyzing data, and providing access to training materials and tutorials.
• User: A person registered through a federation who has access to the platform and uses its services.
• Content: All materials, data, and information uploaded or created by the user, including files, images, comments, and videos.

EliteRefs provides a comprehensive service for managing referees, which includes:

• Test: quizzes and video quizzes for training.
• Analyze: analysis of referees’ performance.
• Performance: monitoring of athletic performance.
• Matches: match assignments and management.
• Community: discussions on refereeing incidents.
• App with AI: automated tasks, RefGPT, and automatic reports.

Users are required to:

• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not engage in illegal activities, abuse the service, or use the service for fraudulent, hacking, or spam purposes.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted in their account.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service exclusively for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or decompile our service except as expressly permitted.

• The user retains the rights to the content they upload.
• EliteRefs does not use user content for marketing or promotional purposes, nor for purposes not directly related to providing the service.
• The user is responsible for ensuring that the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Users are responsible for managing and backing up their own content and data. EliteRefs is not responsible for data loss unless due to errors attributable to the platform. In the event of service termination, data will be retained in backup for a maximum of 30 days.

Not applicable, as the service is provided directly through federations without any direct charges to the users.

EliteRefs owns all rights to its trademarks, logos, software, and other copyrighted materials. Use of these materials is prohibited without our express written consent.

EliteRefs will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or other economic losses arising from the use of the service. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous year.

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by EliteRefs’ Privacy Policy. By accessing the service, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at eliterefs.com/privacy.

This agreement is valid for one year, with automatic renewal unless terminated. Users may cease using the service at any time, but data and content will be retained in backup for 30 days.

EliteRefs reserves the right to modify the T&C at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email to users and will take effect 30 days after the communication is sent.

This agreement is governed by Italian law. In case of disputes, the competent court will be located in Rome, Italy.

EliteRefs will not be liable for damages or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or interruptions of third-party services.

EliteRefs uses third-party APIs to integrate functionalities with external devices. The responsibility for the use of these APIs lies solely with the providers. The following services provide the APIs used:
